Salt off the water is hard on glass and aluminium, so shower screens, sliding doors and window tracks build up faster here than they would inland. For a regular NDIS clean we keep on top of those so they never get to the point of needing a big scrub. Self-managed or plan-managed, with invoices that line up
We work with both self-managed and plan-managed participants in Tomakin. The part that trips a lot of people up is the paperwork, so we keep our invoices clear and make sure they match the domestic assistance support line in your plan. That way your plan manager can pay it without sending it back with questions, and if you're self-managed you can claim it through the portal without guessing what the charge was for.
We aren't a registered NDIS provider, which means we work with self-managed and plan-managed plans rather than agency-managed ones.
