We're Capital Coastal Cleaning, a local Indigenous-owned team based up the road in Batemans Bay, and Denhams Beach sits on our easy southern-Bay run, so getting here on a set day each week or fortnight is straightforward for us.
Domestic assistance through the NDIS is the everyday stuff: bathrooms, kitchen, floors, dusting and the general tidy that's hard to keep on top of. In plan terms it sits under Assistance with Daily Life (household tasks), and whether you're self-managed or plan-managed we send a clear invoice that matches that line so your plan manager can pay it without chasing us for detail. To be upfront though, we're not an NDIS-registered provider. Self-managed and plan-managed participants can choose us; agency-managed (NDIA-managed) plans generally need registered providers, so we likely can't take that work. Tyson, Shanice and Lisa do the cleaning themselves, so the notes about your home stay with the people who actually use them.
Salt film, gritty tracks and carpet sand, kept in check

We use low-tox products as standard, which we find matters more for domestic assistance clients than for a one-off bond clean. You're in the home while we work and you're in it afterward, so heavy chemical smells aren't what you want lingering through a small beachside place with the windows shut against the salt wind.
If you've particular sensitivities, products you already trust, or anything in the home we should steer clear of, let us know at the first visit and we'll work to it. Our team is police-checked, holds Working With Children Checks, and we're fully insured, which we know matters when someone is coming into your home on a regular basis, especially if you live on your own at Denhams Beach.

Cleaning is our standard $60 an hour plus GST, and the hours show plainly on each invoice.
