We use low-tox products, which matters a bit more for older residents who are home while we clean and might be sensitive to strong chemical smells in a closed-up beach house. You won't get a place that reeks of bleach after we leave.
We also work at your pace. If you want a chat and a cuppa while we get on with it, that's fine. If you'd rather we just quietly do the job and leave you be, that's fine too. We're in your home and we behave like it, shoes off if you ask, careful around the things that matter to you, and we lock up properly on the way out.
