It starts with a quick chat, not a hard sell

Every job begins the same simple way, a quick chat so we understand what you actually need. Ring Tyson on 0479 184 498, send a text, or fill in the form with a few details, the suburb, the type of clean, the rough size of the place and when you want it done. We're local people on the Eurobodalla coast, not a call centre, so the person you speak to is part of the team that will turn up.

We ask plain questions because they save everyone money later. How many bedrooms and bathrooms, carpet or hard floors, is it an end of lease, a regular home tidy, or an office that needs doing after hours. For a bond clean we want to know if the carpets need carpet cleaning and whether the oven and windows are in scope, because those are the things agents check hardest. For an NDIS or home care package clean we ask who manages the plan so we can line up the paperwork with providers like My Home Care or Goodwin.

If it helps, send a few photos. A quick snap of the kitchen, the oven, the carpets or the yard tells us more in ten seconds than a paragraph can, and it means the quote is the price you actually pay. Nothing about this step locks you in, and plenty of people ring us just to get a sense of cost first.

A clear written quote up front

Once we know the scope, we give you a clear written quote up front. Some work we price by the hour, some at a fixed price, and we tell you which way suits your job and why. Not a verbal number that gets forgotten, an actual written price for the work agreed. You see it before we start, and it doesn't move unless you change what you asked us to do.

Our pricing guide is honest and out in the open. A bond clean is a fixed price by size, all plus GST, from $450 for a one bedroom, $500 to $600 for a two bedroom, $600 to $750 for a three bedroom, and up to $850 for a four bedroom. Carpet cleaning is a flat $50 per room plus GST, and when it's part of an end of lease clean there's no minimum, while a standalone carpet job has a two hour minimum ($120 plus GST). Regular home cleaning is $60 an hour plus GST with a two hour minimum ($120 plus GST), or we can set a fixed price per visit so you know exactly what each clean costs. Offices, facility and council work, NDIS and home care package cleaning are quoted to the scope or the plan, because no two are the same.

Charging by the hour is the fairest way for ongoing work, since you only pay for the time the job actually takes, while a fixed per-visit price suits you when you would rather know the exact cost of each clean in advance. We will talk through which works out best for you. Either way, the number is agreed before a single thing is cleaned.

How we schedule, including last-minute exits and changeovers

Once you're happy with the quote we lock in a day and time that suits you. We're open seven days, which matters on this coast where rentals turn over on weekends and offices want cleaning when staff aren't in. For regular home and office work we set a recurring slot, weekly, fortnightly or monthly, and hold it so you always know when we're coming.

End of lease and holiday changeovers are often the urgent ones. Bond cleans tend to land at short notice because settlement dates move and keys come back later than expected, so we keep room in the week for last-minute exit cleans wherever we can. If you're handing keys back on a Friday and only found out on a Wednesday, ring us, because we'd rather juggle the diary than leave you stuck. For holiday rentals around Durras, Batemans Bay, Malua Bay and down to Moruya, we know the tight window between one guest leaving and the next arriving, and we work to it.

We're always straight about what's realistic. If a same-day clean isn't possible we say so rather than letting you down, and we give you the earliest slot we honestly have. If something on our end changes, you hear it early.

What the team does on the day, and who turns up

The crew that arrives is the small local team you've already been speaking to. The names in our Google reviews, Tyson, Shanice, Lisa and Tash, are the actual people who do the work, not a roster of strangers who change every visit. A cleaner who knows your place remembers which window always catches fingerprints and what you care about most. Every one of us is police-checked and we carry full public liability insurance, the basic standard anyone you let into your home should expect.

We work to a checklist agreed for your job so nothing gets quietly skipped. On a regular home that means kitchen surfaces, the bathrooms scrubbed properly rather than just wiped, floors vacuumed and mopped to suit the surface, bins out and the high-touch points done. On a bond clean it means working to the REINSW exit standard the agents check against, the oven, the inside of cupboards, skirtings, tracks and the lot. We bring our own gear and use low-tox products that are tough on grime and safe around family and pets, so it's clean without the harsh chemical smell.

If you want photos of the finished work, just ask and we'll take them, which is handy for end of lease cleans, holiday changeovers and clients managing a place from out of town. We treat keys and alarm codes seriously, lock up properly and leave the place secure. You don't need to hover or supervise. The whole point of the same careful team each time is that you can leave us to it and trust the result.

How we keep you in the loop

We keep communication simple and human. You deal with real people who answer the phone, so a quick call or text to Tyson on 0479 184 498 before, during or after a clean gets you a straight answer, not a ticket number. We confirm your booking, flag any change to our timing, and check in afterwards on the bigger jobs to make sure you're happy.

If your needs change, the scope changes with them and we tell you what that does to the price before we do the extra work, never after. Want the windows added this time, or the carpets cleaned while we're there for the bond clean, just say so. For offices, facility and council clients we work to a shared checklist you can see.

We would much rather hear about a problem than have you stew on it. If anything isn't right, tell us and we put it right, no argument and no excuses. That's how a clean stays good week after week.

What done properly actually means to us

Plenty of cleaners leave a place looking tidy but not actually clean. Surfaces straightened and bins emptied, but the bathroom grout still grey, the kitchen sink still grimy and the front glass still hazy with salt. That isn't our standard. Done properly means the detail that doesn't show at a glance has been handled, so the place feels different the moment you walk in.

For an end of lease clean, done properly means your bond comes back. We clean to the REINSW exit standard agents inspect against, and we back it with a bond-back guarantee and a free re-clean within 72 hours if the agent flags anything we missed. That isn't a slogan, it's us standing behind the work, because you should never have to pay twice to satisfy an agent.

For everything else, done properly means consistency. The same faces, the same checklist, the same care whether it's the first visit or the fiftieth, and whether or not anyone is watching. We're a small Indigenous-owned business that lives and works in the same towns as our clients, and our 5.0 rating from 110 Google reviews comes from doing the ordinary things well, over and over.

Why local and careful beats big and busy

Being small and local is the advantage, not a limitation. You aren't a job number to us. You deal directly with the people doing the work, and when you ring, someone who knows your job picks up. We started here on the bay in 2023 and have built the business the slow honest way, one happy client at a time. Because we live here too, we know what a coastal place deals with, the salt on the glass, the sand through the door and the damp that breeds mould.

We cover the Eurobodalla coast from the Durras beaches in the north, through Batemans Bay, Batehaven, Catalina, Surfside and Malua Bay, down past Tomakin and Broulee to Moruya and Moruya Heads. Whatever you need, office, end of lease, facility or council work, carpet clean, NDIS, home care package cleaning, commercial, builders cleans, regular home, windows, lawn and yard or rubbish removal, the process is the same. A quick chat, a fixed written quote, a clear booking, the same trusted team, and work done properly. Call Tyson on 0479 184 498 to get started. We're open seven days and happy to begin with a one-off clean so you can see the work first.
