What we collect
When you call us or fill in a quote form, we collect your name, phone number, email if you provide it, your suburb, and the details of the job you describe. That's it.
How we use it
We use your details only to quote and carry out your cleaning, and to contact you about it. For NDIS and Home Care Package work, we share what's needed with your plan manager or provider to invoice correctly. We don't sell your information to anyone, and we don't add you to any marketing list.
How your enquiry reaches us
When you submit a form on this site (a quote request, a chat callback or a feedback form), your details are delivered to us by Web3Forms, a third-party form processing service that passes your submission to us by email. Your data is used only to respond to your enquiry. If you'd rather not use a form, call or email us directly instead.
Keeping it safe
We keep your details only as long as needed to do the work and meet our record-keeping obligations. You can ask us what we hold and request it be corrected or deleted at any time.
