Quotes & pricing
We provide a clear quote before work starts, either a fixed price for the job or our hourly rate, whichever suits the work. All prices are plus GST. If the job turns out to be substantially different from what was described, we'll talk it through and re-quote before continuing, never silently change the price.
Minimum charge on standalone jobs
Standalone smaller jobs, such as a carpet clean or a couple of hours of general cleaning booked on their own, carry a 2 hour minimum, $120 plus GST. There is no minimum when the work is part of a larger job, like carpets added to an end of lease clean.
Deposits & cancellations
No deposit is required to book, and there is no cancellation fee. If you need to cancel or reschedule, just let us know as early as you can and we'll happily rebook you. You settle the account once the work is complete.
Bond-back guarantee
Our bond-back guarantee covers the cleaning on end of lease jobs. If the agent flags anything on the cleaning, send us their report within 72 hours of the inspection and we'll come back and re-clean what was flagged, free. The guarantee covers cleaning only. It does not cover fair wear and tear, damage or repairs, stains and marks that simply won't lift, or gardens and rubbish left behind unless they were part of the quote.
Access & payment
You agree to provide safe access to the property at the agreed time. Payment is due on completion unless other terms are agreed in writing (for example, contracted commercial or NDIS/home care arrangements).
Liability
We carry public liability insurance and take care on every job. Please tell us about any delicate surfaces or items before we start.
