Our bond cleans are a fixed price set by the number of bedrooms, all prices plus GST. A one bedroom runs $450 to $550, a two bedroom $500 to $600, a three bedroom $600 to $750, and a four bedroom $700 to $850. That covers the bulk of the rentals and holiday lets around town. A small one bedroom unit or studio sits at the lower end. A larger home with extra living areas, two bathrooms and a fair bit of glass pushes toward the top of its bracket.

We quote a fixed price up front for a bond clean, set by the size of the place. That means the number we give you is the number you pay, as long as the place is roughly as described when we walk through or chat it over, with no surprise on the day. For a big one-off like an exit clean a fixed price keeps it simple, because a bond clean is stressful enough without wondering what the final figure will be.

Carpet cleaning is priced separately at $50 per room plus GST, and when it's part of an end of lease clean there's no minimum on it.
